These terms apply to Potionverse: Magical Sort ("the game"), developed by Vishnu Vijayakumar V. By playing, you agree to them. Google Play's own terms also apply to downloads and purchases.
Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to play the game on your devices for non-commercial purposes. Please don't copy, modify, reverse-engineer or redistribute the game or its art, music and levels, except as the law allows.
Virtual items
Essence, stars, hints, cosmetics and other in-game items have no real-world value. They can't be exchanged for money or transferred to other players. They are licensed to you, not sold, and may be rebalanced as the game evolves.
Purchases
Optional purchases are made through Google Play and are subject to Google Play's terms and refund policy. "Remove Ads" and the "Apprentice's Satchel" are one-time purchases tied to your Google account and can be restored by reinstalling with the same account. Essence packs are consumed when delivered. If a purchase does not arrive, contact us with your Google Play order number.
Ads
The free game shows ads between some levels, and optional videos you can choose to watch for rewards. Rewards are granted only when a video is completed. There is a daily limit.
Fair play
Please don't use cheats, modified versions or automation to obtain items. We may reset items obtained that way.
Disclaimer
The game is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it running smoothly but can't guarantee it will be error-free or available forever. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from playing it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law in your country.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated terms.
