Delete your account and data

Potionverse has no sign-up. If you play signed in to Google Play Games, the game creates a cloud-save account from your Play Games player ID and backs up your progress. You can delete it at any time.

In the game (instant)

1. Open the game and tap the Settings cog on the Home screen.
2. Under Progress, tap Delete cloud save, then tap again to confirm.

Your cloud save and its account are deleted straight away, and the game stops backing up until you choose to sign in again. The progress on your phone is kept; uninstalling the game removes it too.

Without the game (by email)

Email potionverse-support@v15hnu.dev with the subject "Delete my Potionverse account" and your Google Play Games display name. We will delete your cloud save and account within 30 days and reply to confirm.

What is deleted and what is kept

• Deleted: your cloud save (levels, stars, Essence, collections, purchases record and settings) and your cloud-save account (the Firebase account linked to your Play Games player ID).
• Kept by Google Play: your Play Games profile and your Google Play purchase history, which belong to your Google account. Purchases of permanent items can be restored in the game's shop.
• Analytics and crash reports are not linked to your account. They are kept for Google's standard retention periods (up to 14 months for analytics, 90 days for crash reports). Email us if you'd like these removed too.
